In 37 states, there will be an election for governors. This means that if a man or woman isn't pleased with the person that is present, the voter has a chance to make changes. On the other side of the coin, if a voter thinks he or she is currently doing a good job, and is pleased with the present governor, this is the time. Picking a governor is an important issue. Every governor will be forced to decide between cutting programs and raising fees and taxes, or a little of both. The incoming governors can determine whether a Democrat or Republican will hold power in the state legislatures and the U.S. House.
It doesn't make a difference to me if the teacher was a 22 year old male, or if it was a 22 year old male teacher and 17 year old male student. Charge such a person with a misdemeanor but not a felony.
